President WHO Italian Healthy Cities Network
Since 2010 Simona Arletti is President of the WHO (World Health Organization) Italian Healthy Cities Network. Since 2013 she is President of the Agency for Energy and Sustainable Development in the city of Modena.
Teacher of German language at high school she started his institutional commitment in the District 3 of which she became president in 1999. Since 2004 she is council member with specific attention to decentralization, health, welfare, equal opportunities and Europe. In 2009 she has been confirmed as Council Member with mandate to environment, civil protection, demographic services and European policies.
Her main topics are health promotion, relationship with built environment, territorial safeguard and preservation and green economy.
