Doctorate in Psychology at Universidade Catolica de Brasilia (2017 – Current).
Holds a private architecture practice since 1991, developing projects of clinics, laboratories, and hospitals.
Professor and coordinator of the Specialization Course on Architecture of the Healthcare System – EASS at the Catholic University of Brasilia, since 2007.
Guest instructor at graduate courses for the Brazilian Institute of Continuing Education – INBEC, Institute of Graduate Studies – IPOG and AEA Continuing Education. Guest speaker and member of scientific commissions in national and international conferences and events.
Council member of the International Federation of Hospital Engineering (2009 – current).
Former president of the Brazilian Association for the Development of the Hospital Building – ABDEH (2014-2017).
Coordinator of the SomaSUS project developed for the Brazilian Health Ministry between 2005 and 2008.
Has worked as a consultant for the Pan-American Health Organization (PAHO), United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), General Coordination of the Blood Network and for the Brazilian National Health Foundation – FUNASA, between 2009 to 2012.
Member of research groups and author of several articles and book chapters related to the healthcare sector, including HealthArq magazine, IPH magazine, Ambiente Hospitalar magazine, AADAIH Digest, IFHE Digest, among others.
Currently works as a specialist for the United Nations Office for Projects (UNOPS) and is the coordinator of the Architecture and Urbanism Department at the Catholic University of Brasilia – UCB.
