Architect and Ph.D. in “Architecture, Built environment and Construction engineering” (ABC) at Politecnico di Milano (2017); subject of study: Urban Health. In 2013 achieves the Master of II level in “Planning, programming and designing of hospital and social-health systems”; subject of study: Wayfinding in the healthcare facilities.

Since October 2018, Junior Researcher (RTDA) at ABC Department of Politecnico di Milano and professor of “Technologies for Construction and Environmental Hygiene” for the Course “Building Technology Studio” of the School of Architecture urban planning construction engineering (AUIC-POLIMI).

Among the design experiences, he collaborated with the firm GSMM in Milano (MI, 2011) and won the ideas competition “MeratemenTRE: Nuova interfaccia urbana tra salute, benessere e servizi”, Merate (LC, 2012) and the ideas competition “Nuova sede Croce Rossa Italiana”, Scandiano (RE, 2014).

Participates in the activities of the Cluster “Design of Health Facilities”. Member of Centro Nazionale per l’Edilizia e la Tecnica Ospedaliera (CNETO); of Accademia Lombarda di Sanità Pubblica; of Società Italiana di Igiene e Medicina Preventiva (SItI), partecipating to the Working Group “Igiene edilizia”; finally, member of European Public Health Association (EUPHA).

Speaker at several national and international seminars; author of scientific publications and books about the issues of Urban Health, Building Hygiene and typological, architectural and technological design of healthcare facilities.
